I played because everyone raved about the team experience and after playing I really understood what they meant by a team family.

The Rugby Family
The Essex High School Rugby Family is unique in many ways. Rugby is a sport that requires a family effort in order to be successful. There is an expectation that parents will support their player, and there are a variety of ways for that to happen.
The Parent Leadership Team, or PLT, functions as a support group for both coaches and players, without whom the team would not be able to achieve its goals. Contact a PLT member to ask about how you can get involved this season.
