Structural Organization
VYRA, the Vermont Youth Rugby Association (www.vyra.org), is our governing body. Comprised of a Board of coaches, former rugby players and referees, its primary job is to oversee youth rugby in the state of Vermont. USA Rugby (www.usarugby.org) oversees all of the various state-based rugby organizations (such as VYRA) and we are required to meet all expectations as a member.
